Health extends from the fork in the soil all the way to the fork at the table. Hence we offer workshops in healthy lifestyles, food preparation, school lunch menus, home menus and exercise.
PERMACULTURE GOOD GARDENS
These courses teach the use of herbs for cooking and health. They also teach how to use permaculture to turn your garden into a factory of freshness filled with organic herbs, fruit, vegetables and animals. They include use of natural pesticides, making compost, mulching, seasonal companion planting, harvesting seeds and eating healthily.
These courses have been run in Alex at M2 hostel and a senior citizen’s home.
